After some advice or experiences from you lovely ladies

Been TTC for 6 months, I was on the Depo for 5 years then went on to the Pill until August

Since August I’ve had regular periods, always in line with this app and usually goes like this

Day 1 - Spotting

Days 2 & 3 - Medium/Heavy(ish) flow

Day 4 - Spotting

This month however I came on yesterday, 3 days earlier than I expected however it just came, so heavy and having to change my pad every hour or so

Sorry for TMI but when it came without warning it leaked all over my pjs bottoms, a lot of it which is unheard of for me

I have been trying to not feel down about TTC however could this months period be a hormonal change in a positive way or just one of those things?

For info, I am 34, used to have heavy periods during teenage/early 20’s but then the depo just messed everything up!!
