I’m a mom of one, I hadn’t had a period in close to two years because of breastfeeding and I guess I forgot some pretty simple facts about Periods. 🤷‍♀️😅 I’ve had 4 periods now and I’m not sure how to accurately log them.

So let’s say you bleed normal blood colour for 2-3 days, and then spotting on day four, then dark red/brown blood on days 5-7. Would you count days 5-7 as part of your period? The research I’ve done calls brown blood old blood, but none of the articles were clear on whether or not old blood was part of your period.... 🤷‍♀️
