5 DPO Extremely sore breast

Hi Ladies, I'm approximately 5 dpo - cd19. Since this morning my breast are extremely sore. They actually feel swollen and pain goes to my underarms. Left more than right. Would almost say it's more painful without the support of my bra. Any thoughts? (We did not try as we should have this month, so not really thinking that it might be pregnancy related)

Edit: as mentioned above, I really do not think it's pregnancy related. Asking if it's maybe a post ovulation symptom or normal pre period symptom. 33 yo and never had sensitive or sore breast like this.
