TTC & Keto Diet
I am TTC- this will be my 3rd month trying but I am looking to go on the keto diet to lose a few pounds... I’ve read mixed things online & currently don’t have a OBGYN because I am switching since I wasn’t a fan of my last one. Does anyone have any experience with keto & TTC?
