Has anyone tried lactation cookies?

Have any of you ladies tried making or buying lactation cookies to help boost supply? Did they work?

I used lactation cookies, fenugreek pills, and adding a pumping session when I needed to reestablish my milk supply at 6 weeks postpartum after having had two hospital stays and surgery. The combination definitely helped! I still do lactation cookies at times as well as a lactation drink mix to support my supply. If anything, I feel better about having a cookie if it at least supports lactation lol

I made these a bunch of times. Simple and yummy!

If anything, make them because the store bought are unnecessarily expensive. I bought them twice & made no bake lactation bites and never saw a difference.

I didn’t notice much difference with the cookies but I did drink body armour daily and it helped!

These!! Can actually tell a huge difference after eating these! The brewers yeast, oats & coconut are key - almond butter & raisins can be subbed. I’ll also sometimes make overnight oats with most of the same ingredients & almond milk :)

Yes! Mrs patels are the best! I actually just ordered 2 more bags from them as I recently cut my middle of the night pump out and my supply is adjusting. I get the chai chocolate chip cookies (fenungeek free) and they work very well! 1 cookie a day 🤤

Yes! In the early days I bought a variety to try and ordered seconds of all of them except one, which I can’t remember the name. 
I don’t know if they really made a difference, but i felt like they helped. I was able to produce a lot of milk at the time I was using them. 
Mrs. Patels were tasty and fresh. Also Majka bites, which had a fairly strong flavor, were pretty good. (If you like Indian food you’d like these I think.) And I tried Milkmakers cookie bites, which were the mildest of the bunch and were pretty much like dry little cookies.
