Why did he choose this other girl over me? We’re alike

I know you won’t know the answers, but I’m just confused. So we met online earlier of 2020 and were messaging all the time and he knew what I was into thinking wise and hobbies. He knows I own 3 businesses and they’re very successful. And I have a hippie Name, River. We never actually met up even tho I was asked to come over, hello corona and he has roommates. I would’ve been down to once our state stopped being on lockdown. He watches almost all of my stories to this day, is always top 3 on list and when I got to share a post button on Instagram, he is top of that list too. We’ve stopped messaging tho and I I added him on snap couple months ago just because he was constantly at parties and it wasn’t my vibe

Recently he’s been posting about his new girlfriend and tagging her and of course I checked out her page. Legit, she thinks/has the same beliefs and interests as me, at least from how she posts. she also has a hippie name, Ocean. She works 9 to 5 which is different compared to me. And I think she was friends with his friend and they met that way. I mean personally she is someone I would want to be friends with
