Painful sex

Hey yall..

So lately my periods are getting more and more painful to the point medicine doesn’t help, heating pads dont help, nothing helps . And now Sex hurts to the point i literally dont want to have sex . Like it hurt during and after ! And the pain last afterwards for like 3-4 days..
