Lab results help

Hoping someone can help me translate my lab results a bit! These were done CD 4, right before I started my first round of letrozole on CD 5. Is this bad? My results posted this weekend so haven’t been able to consult with Dr. I do have PCOS so wondering if this is normal for PCOS and the letrozole will help?
