Tips to get myself up In the morning
So before I got pregnant all the way up until 14 ish weeks pregnant I would wake up at 5 every morning and go to the gym to workout before work. After I hit 14 weeks I don’t know what the deal is but I literally can’t force myself to get up and go.... any tips on how to get back into it and make myself get up in the morning? I feel so horrible since I haven’t really worked out much the last 10 weeks as I’m 24 weeks pregnant
