Hi! I need a parent facing stroller, just the stroller but can’t seem to find anything with reasonable reviews. Someone please help!

I don't have this exact one but something similar.   I've used it through two kids and still use it with my 1 year old.  Will be using it with the next baby as well.  Any car seat can be buckled into it.

This is the one I’m getting. It can be parent facing or outer facing and you can get a bassinet for it for a little more.

My daughter is now 3 but we love our UppaBaby stroller! It was awesome when she was a baby because you can face the seat either way, loved that. It also comes with a bassinet which we used early on! Highly recommend!
