Am I out for this cycle? Light spotting and cramping today. This is the shortest and “healthiest” cycle I’ve had in a year so I am hopeful!

Please don’t take this the wrong way, but I personally don’t see ovulation in your chart yet. You’re looking for 3 temps higher than the previous six to confirm ovulation. I’m not seeing a clear temp shift yet.

Light spotting at 7dpo can be a good sign. Implantation bleeding! Earliest implantation is 6dpo, so you’re in that window! Good luck! Test in a few days! With my daughter I got my first BFP at 9 dpo, and I had implantation bleeding + cramps at 7dpo as well!  💖
