I was told by my doctor that before the invention of early pregnancy tests a lot of women had miscarriages and didn’t even realize they had ever been pregnant. Just thought their period was running late.

First pregnancies have a higher risk of loss and a multiple pregnancy has higher risk of loss. 
My first pregnancy was twins. Heartbreaking but I've come to realize I couldn't of done anything different. I tell myself that over and over every night so I can sleep.
