Is this implantation or miscarriage. Took a pregnancy test this morning and it said positive. Just making sure I don’t have to go to the ER.

If your pregnant it won’t be a period. It’s looks like spotting which is common in early pregnancy. Keep and eye on it and if get any heavy and turn bright red contact your doctor xx
