Based on my last cycle, I should be 6 weeks 2 days today and had my first OB appt. He says he thinks I’m only 4 weeks along, but that timeline doesn’t add up with my ovulation. This is my first pregnancy so I could just be totally clueless as to how it works! Anyway, he made his prediction based on the ultrasound and now I’m stressing. Did your 6 week ultrasound look similar? It looks like what he measured is 14mm which is how big the sac should be at 6 weeks yes?
