Not feeling myself
Hey October mamas! Just wondering how many of you have gone back to pre pregnancy weight and how many of you are still holding on to extra pounds from your precious bundles?
I’m currently still 30 over what I was pre baby. My fiancé reminds me every single day how much he loves me and the way my body looks post baby. He still kisses my belly and tells me how beautiful I am. I love him for that (and for many other reasons). 😍❤️ but I can’t seem to feel good about myself in the shape I’m in. I know our bodies did so much within the last year and that I need to give it time... but I’m feeling down. I started back at the gym last week but feel guilty every time I go. I work full time and feel as if when I’m not at work I should be spending as much time with my nugget as possible. However, I know it’s important to focus on my health as well. I’m conflicted.
