Piece of nipple falling off

I have cracked nipples :( and a little piece of skin falling off. What should I do?

I'm exclusively pumping and I need to pump in two hours but it hurts.

I have huge boobs and I'm using a 24mm

I'm a DDD

Help . I don't want to give up because of this
