Long Distance Advice

Hi everyone! I am in a long distance relationship and have been for almost 6 months We live about 8 states away from each other, and we both attend college so it is hard to visit often, but I was able to go over Christmas break last year. It was amazing and I will never regret it.

However, after experiencing how amazing it is to see him in person, its been a lot harder knowing what im missing out on. He feels the same way, and all we can think about is seeing each other again.

We have a very positive and healthy relationship, so far 0 problems with trust and there is a lot of communication both ways.

For those more experienced, do you ever get used to it? Any advice at all to soften the blow?
