I found out last month on the 20th my baby had died.

I tried to pass the pregnancy naturally but after no luck I rang the hospital for the tablets, I went and got them yesterday... I took them last night at 8.50pm because I’m a mum of 3 and didn’t want to miss anymore of yesterday with them I’ve been in labor all night and still now my contractions was at 1-2minutes apart they feel a little longer now so I’m going to start tracking them again, my babies heart stopped at 7+3 and I found out at 9+1

I should of been 12+4 today will I need to push or will the sac come out on it’s own I’m so scared and don’t know what to expect my last miscarriage I was 7+2 when baby passed through and didn’t need to push at all but the labor was over with within 2 hours from when it began this time it’s been over 13hours already and the painkillers I was given hasn’t helped at all 😭 the tablets fell out an hour ago all 4 so I’m worried it’s not going to progress now?
