Looks like 2 sacs, so it could be di/di twins, but you’ll have to wait and see if they both develop as it’s so early. Good luck with everything!

Did your doctor say it’s twins?
My di/di twins looked similar though both had visible yolk sacs in each sac and the sacs were closer together.
However, a lot of people have ultrasounds that look similar to yours and one of the circles is either their bladder, ovary or cysts.
