Inofolic Alpha anyone?

Started taking this today! I have PCOS, but my appointment isn’t until March with the gynaecologist, rather than not doing anything, I’ve cut out alcohol, trying to lose weight and have started taking this! Anyone else?

Hi ladies just came across this post would any of you who take this have any updates? I’m on cycle #2 of ttc and I’m thinking nothing happened this month. I was diagnosed w pcos 12 years ago now and have had fairly regular periods my cycles are just longer than average at like 34 days. I’ve been tracking ovulation and bbt since June and all has been well since then and then this month I didn’t get a peak on Clearblue which is so strange. I’m a little wary that maybe my pcos might affect the journey so I’ve bought 3 boxes of the inofolic alpha and would love to hear your one experience on it! Thanks in advance 🙂

I am on Inofolic Combi. Different manufacturer, but I think it's the same. Also really pricey. In 3rd month of taking it, had confirmed ovulation last month, now in my fertile window waiting for ovulation and hoping this is our month. I have irregular PCOS & IR and in the first month of taking it I got my period after 79 days! In 2nd month after 39 days and now on CD17. It cannot be bad if you take it, can just help. Baby dust! 🤗

I've literally just started taking this a few days ago bought a 3 month supply. Its very pricey!
