Please help 🥺

Hi everyone. Im 18, ive been with my boyfriend for about 2 years and we are sexually active. I am on tri sprintec and I take my pills every day at the same time. My periods are very regular (I get my period on the same day every month). Its 11:44 am and i still haven’t gotten my period and it’s supposed to be here today. We only use the pill and he pulls out, but Im just worried that im pregnant. I’ve been having headaches and my boobs are sensitive, but those are really the only symptoms I have. Could I be pregnant?
