call doc?

ok moms , I’m 35w4d.. last night before bed I got this cough , thought maybe my throat was just dry. went to bed , I was coughing all night long. my throat & chest felt so weird. a pain I couldn’t even describe. I woke up this morning feeling absolutely crazy , my body is in shambles .. my body is so sore I feel like I got jumped. my everything hurts. babygirl is so low it feels like she sitting right In between my legs, when I get up to walk I could literally cry. 😭 help me. do I call the doctor? Is this normal since I’m getting close ?
