37 weeks and can’t go on

My ferretin is extremely low as I’ve stated in a different post. I took a week off work, went back for a day and can’t hang. I’m a nurse, I’m on my feet running around and it just ain’t workin for me... Felt like I was gonna collapse. Super SOB, tachycardia. I’m praying my doctor takes me out of work! Just left her office and waiting on a call back, hoping to get a DRs. Note and FMLA medical leave for the duration of my pregnancy. 😩 Pray for me that this is approved. I already told my job I’m not coming back.
