Friendless

I moved abroad and made a heap of great friends. Since moving back home a year later and I'm just starting to realise that they don't seem to care about me and some don't even like me. I feel really rejected as that's the first time I've felt happy and part of a group. I'm feeling more isolated than ever, any advice?
