We just started TTC over Christmas. We returned to using condoms after a chemical pregnancy while I was on the ring in 2019, so this was the first time without. I’ve noticed that I will often cramp after sex, which I can recall from when we didn’t use condoms before.

Can anyone else relate to this?

It is bothersome now bc my body is so sensitive, I can typically feel from which ovary I’m ovulating from (when not on birth control obviously), so not sure if this is similar for me.
