Hi ladies so Long story short , I have PCOS and im on day 22 of this period 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m TTC so birth control options aren’t something im looking forward to right now .. does anyone know a natural remedy or pills I could take to stop it? So far im on Vitex and berberine
