Possible preeclampsia?

*got my results after hours and will be calling in the morning before anyone tells me to call my doc lol*

So I am 34 and 4 days with baby #2, everything has been perfectly fine up until now but went for my 34 week appt tomorrow and my blood pressure was higher than my normal (typically around 120/60) but yesterday was 130/80 and I have had a lingering headache for two days with some dizziness, nausea and just feeling weird. She had me do the 24 hour urine collection and that came back with 282 mg/dl. I know that typically they don’t diagnose preeclampsia unless it’s greater than 300 mg/dl but wasn’t sure if anyone has had any experience with this? Or if I shouldn’t be worried? Today my BP has been consistently 118/88.
