Is materna good prenatal? I'm just taking materna alone no folic acid with it. I haven't had my scan or made my docs appointment yet but I'm just taking a prenatal to prevent any issues. I used materna for my first pregnancy but that was like 7 years ago idk if there's anything better. I've been seeing some iffy posts about materna so I'm curious to know. Side note I don't have issues taking pills.
