I’m not certain on ovulation. I was exactly 3 weeks when I got my first vvfl but everyone said it was an indent. At 3+1 it was a bit darker but people were still saying indent, 3+2 it was a lot more obvious. By best guess, I was 7dpo at the first vfl and 9dpo once it was really a clear positive
