This is my second pregnancy and all my symptoms are completely different from

My first. My newest symptom after I do anything I feel like I have a heart beat in my ears. It quickly goes away but it’s weird. For example if I get up to use the bathroom or climb up the steps I feel it. Anyone ever experience this? I don’t have high blood pressure I just went to the doctor Monday and it’s good.
