First faint line on a test strip 🥺

This cycle has been all about crazy. Positive ovulation test for a week, driving myself batty taking pregnancy test for them to only be negative (test strips) , getting 2 positives on blue dye test but thinking they were evaps, to being so nauseous I can’t stand it for days, cramps on my left ovary area, pain in ONE boob that feels like a bruise when touched, to randomly taking a pregnancy test strip with 2nd morning urine , with it having the faintest line EVER. I have never had a faint line, evap, or anything besides a stark negative with these test strips , for the 3 years of my TTC journey. When I took this test minutes ago, my nerves were tore up. My heart was beating fast. I watched as a line popped up, but I was like Nah, that’s not real.. so I let it get done & dry & it really is a line. To say I am nervous is an understatement.
