Did they see a yolk sac and fetal pole ?

Completely normal to spot and be a little crampy after a vaginal ultrasound. I’d call your doctor if it becomes more than spotting (filling a pad in less than 2 hours), start passing clots, or the cramping becomes much worse.

Doesn’t sound good but it’s not always bad. If it bright red and a lot and clots and cramps then maybe so. I’d see your doctor or er ASAP if you haven’t already
