Any ideas?

Im at a loss.9 year old girl,diarrhea followed by nausea intense stomach pain and vomitting.also a dry cough.happens every 6-8 weeks and lasts 5-7days.
Have seen numerous doctors,a&e, and peads doctor.
Bloods all came bk normal

Have they done an abdominal ultrasound? Could be a lot of things, but first to come to my mind would be gallstones.

Have they tested her for celiac disease or gluten allergy?

Edit**she had severe reflux as a child and we have tried omeprezole past 8 weeks

Any ideas?
