Anal itching

So I recently had unprotected anal sex while veing treated for bv. It was only for a few minutes. I got a yeast infection from the antibiotics and took the diflucan on tuesday. Last night i got an itch on my anus which comes and goes and im getting worries to what it could be. Im pretty pretty sure that the guy im hooking up with is clean, so i dont think i could have an std, but you never know. Has anyone had this before? Idk what to do. I cant go get tested because all the appointments are full and then im heading to college.
