Plan B—TMI?

So Friday (1/8) I had unprotected sex. It was the last day of my period week and even though I’m on the pill, I took a Plan B within 8 hours (I got pregnant with my son while on the pill). The day after I took it, I had sticky egg-white- looking discharge and then it disappeared, followed the next day by white creamy discharge. 4 days after taking the Plan B (1/12) I noticed light pinkish discharge when I wiped. It disappeared for a day and it’s back again today. Are these normal side effects for Plan B or should I be concerned? I’ve taken it once before but that was 8 years ago so I don’t recall if there were any side effects. Thanks!
