What next after failed ivf

Hello all. I just did my first IVF and I just got my final beta back and it was negative. I had a chemical. I’ve been on progesterone support which I will need to stop. My question is, what next? How soon will I be able to start another IVF cycle? I’m 34 years and I don’t want to wait unnecessarily. Thanks

When you get your period would be the earliest.

I just spoke to my Doctor and he wants me to wait 1-2 months to allow my body get back to normal. 
I was given Lupron depot at the beginning of the cycle. 
I was hoping to be able to start as soon as my period comes but he thinks it’s best to wait.

I was able to try again (IUI) right after my period.
