Body armor drinks?

has anyone had any luck with these drinks helping with supply?

Yes!! I cut them with half coconut water half body armor because that’s the ingredient that is supposed to be helpful.

Yes but I also had some Pedialyte and was surprised that it increased my supply especially since that’s not why I drank it lol.

I didn’t notice a difference when I tried them. I do a gaterade zero a day and extra water.

Love them.. I pump but even if I miss a day without them I can see a difference in my hydration.. so I’ll probably continue to drink them even after pumping
