Boyfriend pees everywhere

Anyone else’s male SO literally pee everywhere while standing at the toilet? There’s always stuff on the rim, and it drips down the sides of the toilet. Then the front on the floor he drips on and it just slowly adds up if it doesn’t get cleaned soon. And he’s still dripping when he puts his thing back in his pants to the point where I’ve literally seen tiny wet spots before on the outside of his pants😬 it’s super disgusting but I’ve never thought that I could do anything about it. I thought all men pretty much did that till I was reading the comments in a similar story to mine. I hate feeling like I’m nagging so I usually don’t bring things up to him unless I feel absolutely necessary because he is a super sweet guy. But I’ve always been super big on keeping my bathrooms pretty much spotless lol. Any suggestions on how to approach a topic about it?
