Anyone whos had a sweep in pregnancy , and lost there mucus plug after. Did it bring on labour or not?

Hi I had a sweep yesterday and have started losing my mucus plug today. Does this mean the sweep has worked, and I may go into labour soon. Or could I just lose my mucus plug and no labour?

I lost my mucus plug the days following my sweep but I didn't go into labour until 9 days later x

The mucus plug doesn’t mean anything unfortunately in terms of when labour will happen. I never noticeably lost any (tiny amounts) and I had a sweep and had my daughter two days later. My friend was looking her plug for weeks before, she went overdue by two week, had three sweeps and didn’t work 🤷🏽‍♀️
Good luck though!! Lots of walking, squats, birthing ball etc
