Baby Dry Scalp?

Question

Is this looks like baby dandruff  dry scalp ? Or eczema?  She also have lil red bumps in her face and forehead.  I Breastfeed her I Dont know  if is a kind of an allergic reaction  ? Or maybe the Wash shampoo? 
It looks so ugly on her hair. 😒
What can I Do about this ..? 
Is there is anything I can do at home or should I go to the pediatrician?

A lot of people don’t know about this but I used saseame oil on my kids when they had something similar and works for cradle. So i put it on couple mins before their bath then wash it off with aveeno baby wash. Look up benefits of sasaeme oil it anti fungus it’s supposed to get ride of anything on the scalp.

Same like my baby girl, she is 2 months. I’m using coconut oil to massage her hair and it’s helping

My LO has the same thing. It’s “kind of” the start of cradle cap, I pointed it out to our pediatrician at our two month appointment, and she said to use a soft bristle brush and baby oil and to massage the head  in little circles with the brush￼, to loosen up the flakes. I ended up buying the Frida baby cradle cap system because it comes with a sponge for the bath to help exfoliate in the bath, ￼￼the bristle brush To also exfoliate outside of the bath, and a comb ￼￼ to try and come out the little flakes of skin. ￼
