Just concerned ! First time mom!

She has uneven roll on the lower leg and I’ve seen things online about hip dysphasia and just being cautious but usually it says on the thigh area and hers is the lower leg. I’m going to mention at her next appointment but I wanted more opinions about it. Thank you ladies !
