I have some pads and some witch hazel pads. What helped you heal and feel better?

Always discreet underwear FOR THE WIN lol. I also used the dermo whatever spray someone else mentioned, and a spray bottle. That’s really all I used.

Not necessarily to help heal, but disposable chux pads for your bed do that if you leak you don’t stain the sheets. 
If you plan to breastfeed, have nipple cream on hand. If you don’t need it for nipples, apparently it makes good chapstick. The honest brand one is good!

Medline padsicles on Amazon were just as good as the fridamom ones. I got one box of the frida ones for 20 and only got 8 and I ordered the Amazon ones and they were a better deal and just as effective.

Depends on if you have a csection or vaginal birth. I had a cesarean so I definitely recommend a belly support band, nursing bras, lanolin cream, breast pads, heating pad, a little cart that you can push around the house that’ll hold all major necessities.

My doctor gave me a numbing spray that I would just spray down there after I went to the bathroom and cleaned up so that I didn't have to feel the pain (because being a single mother meant I had to do everything myself) and it made it a lot easier to heal and take care of my baby. It worked wonders! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
