I have 6 signs of it. It's been months and my breasts are getting more painful. I told my mom and she said she would make an appointment but hasn't. She doesn't believe I have it.

My father has never been in the picture, my siblings aren't adults, and the only grandparents we have left are abusive so we don't have anything to do with them.

Is there anything I can do? or am I screwed?
