Any thoughts

This isn’t normal for me.

Been trying for a year, had all these tests. My last period was dec 17th(last day) I had a sonohystogram. I ovulated dec 29/30. ( had sex every other day before and after ovulation). I got these weird cramps Jan 3rd.. it felt like pulling I’ve never felt that before.( next day jan 4th I started spotting, and Jan 5th(little more blood used a pad, and a little spotting Jan 6th. Also experienced cramping. Period was due Jan 10th. I’m on a 28 day cycle some times it’s like 26 days or 29 days.. but for the most part 28 days. I have not gotten my period and I’ve tested and all the tests have been negative.. (but the first 2 tests showed faint lines) all tests after that straight up negative.. have a blood test Monday.. I’ve had a slight headache, I still have cramps but I also feel gassy so that’s probably why I’m cramping. My boobs just feel heavy the past week my bra has been bugging me Injust have to take it off. Wth is going on here. Currently cycle day 35(Jan 16)
