How to find a balance

How to handle anxiety/depression in a relationship? I usually do okay now, but some moments i feel heavier, i feel the struggle. Its hard bc ive found myself oversharing my feelings to my fiance, i go in circles mentioning all my worries and it never ends. I dont want to overwhelm him and get him tired of hearinf the same things, the same insecurities. I think its ok to share with him, but sometimes i feel like its too much, im tiring him.
