Almost 3 weeks pp. my husband had to go back to work so I’m home with our 18 month old and newborn. I have to lift her at times. We spend most of the time sitting but I’ve picked her up 4 tines since surgery and take her to the park (walking) daily.

I feel ok, but just looked at the scar and was hoping it seems fine?

Obvi I’m not making a habit of picking up my 22 lbs child but there are things that need to happen and need her to be picked up at times. We have a robot vacuum which helps and I’m not lifting groceries but I do have to reach to get some food that we need high up so baby doesn’t just go to town all day.

Sorry for the ramble, I get paranoid that I have an infection or will die☹️🙃

UPDATE: Thank you for all the help ladies!!! the pain has subsided more at almost 4 weeks. Thank you fir calming my anxiety
