5 weeks 4days pregnant

Hope everyone is well ☺️
I am 5weeks 4 days pregnant. I have a common cold which has caused me to have a temperature. I’d say it’s perhaps lasted all yesterday and all last night. It wasn’t a super high temperature.
I got up today and my breasts are no longer tender like they where a couple days ago. Should I be concerned?
