size 3 diapers?

how many do you really need i been seeing they’re in that size for the longest so i got a few more boxes. i got 4 big boxes and one small box should i need that much more?

Are you pregnant or have you already had your baby? If you’re still pregnant, don’t stock up on diapers that far in advanced. You don’t know what’s going to work and not work for your baby. Diapers aren’t hard to get, you can literally get them anywhere. Buy them as you need them. Not to mention, you have absolutely no idea how quickly your baby will grow.

Buy your diapers as you go. All babies are different. I know a lady who bought all her diapers ahead of time and baby grew so fast but she made him wear a smaller size until she was out of them.

My son has been in size 3 for almost 4 months now, I buy the target ones but only one daytime and one nighttime box at a time. Or whatever I need for the promotions they always run.

Don't stock up on diapers. As everyone else said, buy as you need. 1 box at a time. Babies grow so quickly and its easier to just buy more than have to exchange a bunch of boxes.
My son was in size 3 the least amount of time. I went thru maybe 3 boxes of 78 diapers. The weight range listed isn't accurate cuz every baby is different. Hes 8.5 months now and in a size 5 diaper but he's only 23lbs.

I would not buy them yet, I would buy when you need it... My son was in size 1 for a month, 2 for a month, and has been in 3 for two months. I thi k we can use up our 160 diapers we still have at home, but I already see signs of needing to size up.
And my baby has always been in about 80-90 precentile.
I bet size 4lasts longer than 3, as I see his growth at least slowing a bit.

It completely depends on your baby. Our daughter was only in them for about 2 months. She has spent most of her time in size 4. I ended up having to get rid of so many at the beginning we stopped stocking up and just buy as we go. I saw a cool idea about buying $25 gift cards to put aside to use for diapers instead of actually stocking up on diapers.

I purchased 7 cases (about 1,300 diapers). We have used all of them and still counting. My 1 year old hasn’t broken 18 pounds so we will be in size 3 for quite a while. 
The estimates I researched from other moms that kept track were between 700 and 1,300. It all has to do with how fast your baby grows and baby’s body shape (like chunky middle and legs). And how often the diapers get changed, my baby cannot stand wet diapers so that is part of why we go through so many
