How do you correctly calculate DPO?
I feel like I as well as many other people are very confused. When you put a positive opk in this app it marks that day as ovulation. So here I am thinking I’m 8DPO... but realistically I didn’t ovulate until AFTER that positive. Sooooo I should only be 7DPO?
