Hi ladies! My husband and I have been trying for our first baby since August 2020. Nothing yet. 🥺 So I need your advice: Which days should we do a little baby dancing for the best chances of me getting pregnant?

The next 3 days for sure. And the day after ovulation for good measure! The days before ovulation are the most important. You want sperm there when the egg is released!

The green windows are your chance of trying so either you can try on all the days or 2days before and on the day of your ovulation,  sperm can live upto 5-7days .
